Roy Redmond is a project administration associate of AHL. Roy has 40 years of experience in construction industry management. Roy has a unique skill-set having worked at director-level in most facets of the construction industry from general contracting to design and build, commercial development, local authority and residential housing projects, and JV developments with housing associations. Roy’s role at AHL is the day-to-day project liaison between AHL and its professional partners and sub-contractors.

Richard Acheson is a Director of the company. He entered the property industry with John Laing Construction Ltd. as a pupil quantity surveyor in the mid-1980s and has experience of all aspects of the residential property development business from site acquisition, house design, planning and construction through to the marketing of new homes. Richard has experience throughout the UK and Europe, but is best known for his impressive track record in land acquisition and marketing homes within the Greater Belfast area. He was a member of the senior management team of the Carvill Group for almost 20 years. Richard’s role at AHL is to source, specify and manage profitable developments.

Brian Acheson is a Director of the company. He brings strong business management and governance experience to Acheson Homes from a 25 year career in professional services and project management. He is responsible for the financial management of AHL and its projects. Brian holds a law degree from the Queens University of Belfast, has been a Director with both Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Deloitte. He was on the Group Management Board of SHS Group Ltd. - one of Northern Ireland’s most profitable enterprises. Brian’s role at AHL is to ensure that projects are managed to a high standard and that AHL meets its obligations to investors.

Gerry Redmond is a technical associate of AHL. He brings over 40 years knowledge and experience in the house building industry. Gerry is a former Group Technical Director for the Carvill Group - a position he held for over 17 years. He has an unrivalled track record in construction and technical design that brings the most creative and lateral solutions to the development side of the business. During his time at Carvill, he was responsible for and oversaw planning applications and solutions for many complex residential and mixed-use development projects throughout the UK. Gerry’s role at AHL is to ensure projects proceed on the basis of the optimum technical solution.

Alan Little is a Quantity Surveying associate of AHL. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the industry. He has specific expertise in cost management and procurement of large-scale residential developments having held the position of senior QS for the Carvill Group for over seven years. Alan has particular expertise in software applications for planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on finance throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. Alan’s role at AHL is in the preparation of robust project feasibility studies and thereafter ensuring the delivery of cost-effective design solutions and on-target construction projects.
